It seems Miley and her producer are becoming a serious item. It's obvious that a powerful woman like Miley knows the truth about Black Men.

The two have been spending a lot of time together, and can't keep their hands of each other.  They constantly text when they're apart, and everyone in their group of friends will tell you they are together now
